Public bug reported:
Binary package hint: gjdoc
Latest debhelper doesn't allow dh_javadoc or any other tool to use
--sourcedir without explicit declaration in the call to init().
This breaks the build of at least one package: libcsv-java
Debian has 0.7.9-4.1 which fixes only this and could be synced.

* Non-maintainer upload.
* Apply patch from Rail Aliev <r...@i-rs.ru> to add --sourcedir option back
