The problem is that, blkid is never called on cdroms
adding line
IMPORT{program}="/sbin/blkid -o udev -p $tempnode"
just below
IMPORT{program}="devkit-disks-part-id $tempnode"
Fixes that issue.
But this program might be called by udev too, thus this might be udev bug after
all...
