Upstream has decided that the 'man' pages will be simplified versions of
the manual, and the full manual pages will only be provided by 'info'.
All coreutils 'man' pages have, under the "SEE ALSO", a note that
states:

       The full documentation for date is maintained as a Texinfo manual.  If 
the info
       and date programs are properly installed at your site, the command

              info coreutils 'date invocation'

       should give you access to the complete manual.

So, this is it, as far as upstream is concerned. If full 'man' pages are
a requirement, then we will have to create them off the texinfo sources.
Personally, I do not see this as a good move, though.
