Same here. It's annoying. I'm also using a VirtualBox VM for work in seamless mode, and the Windows taskbar of course also is hidden behind the gnome panel (or the other way around).
I found a bug description for Fedora (https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=433739), that tells that this problem occurs when you got a panel between the two screens. So a workaround would be to have the panel on the side — but that's not very practicable. Would be great if this bug could be fixed. ** Bug watch added: Red Hat Bugzilla #433739 https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=433739 -- Panel hides bottom part of maximized window in dual screen https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/380926 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
