Jockey itself uses blacklist-ath_pci.conf to blacklist/unblacklist
ath5k, it doesn't touch other configuration files. Was madwifi.conf
created by the madwifi package or by yourself?

I'm very hesitant to change configuration files which don't belong to
Jockey, that's too much like tramping over the admin's customizations.
