we can however write a deb that can install a systray application...
and we can have that be part of the next release, and all the .deb
doesn't actually have to install something (at least more than one
text file in the system documentation).

Debs can call other programs, if it's just adding a line to the
configuration file then use code from other configuration modifying
debs... like postfix and grub.
