Ok ,i think i'v caught the bug in action, after i noticed that the last log had stopped due to to X error.
I restarted the cairo-dock and found that the dock was still *not* listing the window , the window is a Java applet window from www.adrive.com , it appears when uploading a file using the java. This window is shown in the Panel's Window list but in the Dock!
