I'm not sure what is causing the problem for you, I can't reproduce this problem and haven't heard any other reports of this problem from other users. It is obvious enough that if it was widespread I am sure I would be getting more reports as well. Have you tested to see if you notice this problem on any other computers (if you have access to another)? It may be some sort of problem with the system itself, but I am not sure.
