Is a fix really released? After all, it sort-of works in Karmic, but it's still broken in Jaunty.
Switching to console and back does not fix the corruption. If I understand correctly, if I installed ati and radeon packages version 6.12.99+git20090825.fc74e119 I'm supposed to look for fc74e119 in Xorg.0.log?
