not really "fix released", it is fixed on the babbage 2.0/2.5 where we
dont have any VGA support and no analog signals on the DVI port, so its
impossible to actually confirm the status on a VGA port given that we
dont support the babbage1 anymore ... moving to "incomplete" (where it
will likely stay until there is other imx51 HW with VGA sockets on board
again)
