I'm seeing this with the latest Karmic, on an Intel DG45FC board too, when resuming (though not always reproducible). What are the symptoms everyone is reporting with this issue? For me it's possibly related to compiz going haywire: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/compiz/+bug/421900
