Hi

On upgrade I got:

 * Starting Eucalyptus cluster controller eucalyptus-cc                         
Problem running //usr/lib/eucalyptus/euca_rootwrap! Did you run euca_conf 
-setup?

It seems like there are two bugs here: upgrade breaking the config or not 
upgrading the config and hence the euca_conf complaint, and JAVA_HOME not being 
set correctly somewhere.
