Hi, I have Thunderbird runing in Ubuntu and WinXP using the same message files so I can work from either OS. This problem is happening only in Ubuntu and started, in my case, yesterday Aug 31st after I made some Ubuntu updates.
The other issue, probably regarding this same one, is that Thunderbird is taking a very long time to load the messages when it start from the account where I have the problem. It wasn't like that before the problem started, i.e., it loaded the messages very fast. In WinXP everything still working fine so I will have to keep working with it instead. So far I have seen this problem in one account.
