Public bug reported: Binary package hint: bluez-utils
Hi, I'm using a "Logitech diNovo Media Desktop Laser" under Ubuntu Edgy (bluez-* version 3.7-1ubuntu4) and mouse, keyboard and media pad work perfectly. But when I tried to connect another device, I realized that the USB bluetooth dongle isn't recognized by bluez and "hid2hci", "hcitool dev", "hciconfig -a", etc. return no useful information. The dongle seems to be recognized as usb-hub (see syslog output below). I've tried the latest version (3.9) of bluez-libs and bluez-utils directly from bluez.org, no change.
