I've been trying to enable them but it's a non-trivial task. I've asked
the Eucalyptus GWT specialists about it, and it appears that since we
are stripping out features from GWT to have it build from source, most
of the tests are not significant. Some tests also require extra
dependencies to work...

Let me know if it's a blocker and then I can take some time determining
which (if any) of the tests are significant and do not require extra
dependencies, and we would enable just those... but I'm not sure it
makes sense.
