I have the same issue Jaunty 64 will hang on shutdown and reboot ctrl alt del will rebbot it pwer botton will shut it down. 2.6.28-15-generic It will do this only when I connect to my secure wireless network, but when I connect to any unsecure network it will shutdown or reboot no problem.
