Well, the problems doesn't seems to be related to hot key. The file filters.xml was corrupted, and bringing a backup solved the problem.
How did it get corrupted?... that's the question. Before getting this odd behavior, I deleted a folder that was used in one of the filters. After deleting the folder, evolution showed a message saying that it has updated the related filters. Maybe there's the problem, and when it tries to update filters, it corrupts the filters.xml file. PS: When I say corrupted xml file, I mean that the file is not correctly endend, but don't know how to express it right.
