Hello, thanks for your support. Due to the fact that my laptop videocard (Radeon XPress 1150) was not longer supported by ATI in Ubuntu 9.04, I needed to revert back to 8.10.I've made a fresh install of 8.10 then update again the packages. (So basically I've made the same steps again in a fresh ubuntu install) The problem does not occurred any more, so is not longer reproducible on my PC. BR, Mihai
