I have this problem too. Just upgraded to Jaunty from Hardy. Migrated from kde3.5 to 4.2 and now 4.3.
If I reply to a mail my checker checks in Dutch. (I am in Belgium so I have Dutch, English and French). New mails are in Dutch. (My default is English.) It happens almost all the time. Occasionally not. This is frustrating. Four months is a long wait! Is there a work around?
