Public bug reported:
Breezy correctly supported installation on both LVM and RAID devices.
Kubuntu Dapper's installer handles neither. I get a listing of all the
standard devices. Never do I get prompted to setup LVM or MD, and the devices
simply do not show up. This would be very much appreciated!
