Andres, Daniel, and the Ubuntu Audio Dev team, after reading this I went and upgraded to 1:0.9.16~test5-0ubuntu2. And everything is now working beautifully Thanks!
I just thought for the benefit of others that I might include a little further instructions, in case someone might be unsure how to get the update mentioned above: Go to: https://launchpad.net/~ubuntu-audio-dev/+archive/ppa Add the PPA by copying the lines to your /etc/apt/sources.list. Add the PPA's Open PGP key, and then do a apt-get update. Open synaptic and search for pulseaudio. You should see the old version showing under the Installed version, and hopefully know you should see an updated Latest Version. Right click on the pulseaudio and select Mark for Uprade, and then apply. If any more elaboration is needed just ask! -- KARMIC: headphones output not working https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/412918 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
