Thanks for reporting this bug. Actually this is not a bug, but a feature
in Ubuntu nebook remix. Basically for small screens, the window is
always maximized. If you need a more conventional re sizable window, you
may need to switch to the classic desktop environment. This can be
easily done by clicking the "ubuntu symbol" in the top-left hand corner
of the screen to pull up the Home Screen, click ‘Preferences’, and then
select ‘Switch Desktops’.

Select Classic Desktop. This should do it. Also you might need to stop a
program called Maximus, that maximize the windows by default. To disable
it:

System->preferences->Sessions

and deselect maximus.

I hope this helps. Since it is not a bug, I am going to set it as invalid.
