i don't consistently get this crash, and sometimes the capslock is blinking, sometimes it's not. sometimes it happens on system shutdown/restart (when screen goes blank, and then computer never shuts down or restarts). it seems like a lot of the crashes happen for me when Firefox is running. i'm guessing something's up with x64 Adobe Labs Flash driver? i just updated to the latest 7/30/09 version, so i don't know if that will fix the problem.
