Public bug reported:
Binary package hint: network-manager
This bug happens in Feisty Fawn.
When NM is enabled, it see the connection down, showing tip "No network
connection".
So... this way Evolution, Gaim, Epiphany and others packages which use DBus
integration with NM starts always "Working Offline".
