Hi, I just tried this today.
https://wiki.kubuntu.org/Kubuntu/PlasmaWidgetNetworkManager/0.0+svn1002781-0ubuntu1~ppa1
It does work. this time the networkmanager won't set to unmanaged after
changing pppoeconf setting.
I've been using it this whole afternoon, nothing wired has happened yet.

I really hope that the widget-networkmanager will have dsl setup in it, just
like the networkmangaer-gnome.
