I'm seeing this in the latest Karmic update using 2.6.31-rc5, on an Intel DG45FC mobo. It used to work a few weeks ago (around when 2.6.31-rc3 was latest, but I tried booting that and it seems to suffer this problem too so may not be the kernel). It happens consistently at around ~10 minutes of suspend time, and there are no discernible reasons why it has woken up from log files. Changing back to confirmed.
