Public bug reported:

I have a WPA encrypted wireless network, and an ipw2200 card. I can see
the network in the list, I enter the password, but I can't connect to
it. It tries to connect, but nothing happens. If I choose 'Create new
wireless network', the connection establishes, but by default it tries
with a static IP, not dhcp.
