Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: adept

The details view in Adept manager and updater (when you click on
"Details" for a package) has the following issues:

The navigation buttons:
There is a back button, and it is most obvious that this back button takes you
back to the list of packages. However, it is actually there along with the
forward button to cycle through previously viewed packages. This functionality
is not particularly useful, and the button is confusing. The history that
these buttons use also doesn't eliminate duplicates, so clicking show details
on a package a couple of times, then hitting back doesn't do anything (takes
you to the same package, but the screen refreshes)
There is a "Show List" button which actually goes back to the package list.
This button has a blank uninformative icon, and along with the back button is
unintuitive to find. Something like "Back to list of packages" (or a shorter
variation) with a back icon would be better.
Also, the three buttons get there own toolbar, which leaves a lot of empty
space to the right of them. If the back/forward buttons get removed, the back
to list button should be put elsewhere more space efficient.

The tabs:
"Installed Files" makes no sense for a package that is not installed. The tab
should not be there when there are no files installed.
"Additional Information" shows very little useful information and it seems that
maybe it could be put somewhere else, and that tab relabeled "Tags". This is
nitpicking though.
There should be a tab to view the changelog for a package (this is currently in
progress afaik).

Action buttons:
"Install" and "Remove" could be in the same place instead of always having one
disabled.
There should be buttons for the other actions (reinstall, purge...)

Other bugs:
View > Show Package List is disabled and has a blank icon.
