Firefox 3.5 is being targeted for Karmic 9.10 as the default browser. I think "A bug that has a moderate impact on a core application" is a more appropriate description than "A bug that has a moderate impact on a non- core application", and hence should be "Medium" importance as per the Bugs/Importance BugSquad KnowledgeBase article.
