Not really a bug. libplasma had a major .so number bump (2-3) and stuff compiled with libplasma2 is not usable with libplasma3. This is one of the risks of using pre-release versions of young software. Luckily, the libplasma API is now stable, and changes such as this shouldn't come again for a long while. (KDE5 would be when it goes to libplasma4)
