Public bug reported: Binary package hint: gnubiff
I have a flaky wifi connection, with one Gmail IMAP account set up. If a connection interruption occurs when gnubiff is checking mail, it never recovers and will always show the 'Error' status for that account, even if afterwards the connection is stable. Opening and closing the preferences dialog seems to reset this state so it can check mail properly again. Suggested fix: Gnubiff should handle network errors elegantly, and continue to check emails after a network error.
