I've seen that you are running Ubuntu 6.10 Edgy Eft, and that your
tracker version is 0.5.4-1. This isn't the Ubuntu 6.10 package, so as it
probably hasn't been built in its environment, it's normal that it
crashes.
Could you tell us from where you have installed the package?
