This shows that you have symlinks for /dev/sr0 that include /dev/cdrw
and /dev/dvdrw

DEVLINKS=/dev/block/11:0 /dev/scd0 /dev/disk/by-
path/pci-0000:00:1f.1-scsi-0:0:0:0 /dev/cdrom /dev/cdrw /dev/dvd
/dev/dvdrw

Can you provide the output of "ls -l /dev /dev/disk/*"
