I can confirm this Issue. The Problem is that Wondershaper has a _real_
primtiv Command Line Args Parser :-(

It Simply check the number of Arguments, but it dont check what these
Arguments. It simply passes them to tc.

Wondershaper does excatly this:
If one Parameter » List the TC rules of Device $1.
If two Parameters » Clear al Rules of $2, but it doesnt matter if you type 
"wondershaper eth0 clear" oder "wondershaper eth0 todayismonday"!!!
If three Parameter » Setup TC for Device $1 with an uplink of $2 and a downlink 
of $3.
