Ok, I solved the problem by hard coding my sound card to "sudo nano /etc/modprobe.d/alsa-base" on the slot 0.
BUT I still consider this an issue that is worth fixing. Less tampering around with the Konsole and more on the nice and sparkling GUI. This is how everybody could enjoy using (K)ubuntu!
