Public bug reported: Binary package hint: firefox-3.5
Comcast cable provides support via online chat (javascript I think) at http://comcastsupport.com/chat However if I go to that site and try to start a chat with firefox-3.5, the chat window never actually appears -- it seems to load the code but then something goes wrong and the chat doesn't start. With firefox-3.0 it works fine and I am able to chat with comcast support. No comcast account is required to start a chat -- anyone who wants to debug this should be able to go to the site and try it by selecting "digital cable" and then filling in the form with any old values; you will see the failure on firefox-3.5, and on firefox-3.0 you can just exit before anyone actually chats with you.
