It happened with Open Office word processor and mostly when using
yahoo.com for some reason. I also get weird screen artifacts when in
yahoo email. Hope that helps. Here's the info I got on my video card.

Bug description:
Binary package hint: firefox-3.0

When scrolling in firefox 3.0 with ubuntu 9.04 the right side of my
screen flickers with lines going horizontally across. If I simply shrink
the browser 2 inches smaller the flickering goes away, but when I
enlarge the browser to go across to the far right of my screen the
scroll bar flickers.
