Could you please attach the resulting log file of: /usr/share/gnome-power-manager/gnome-power-bugreport &> gpm.log to the report? Also, run "apport-collect 395820" from the terminal.
You might also want to take a look to the Debugging instructions located at https://wiki.ubuntu.com/DebuggingGNOMEPowerManager for submit any other logs related to your problem. In order to get this bug fixed in Ubuntu, please use the latest testing release (Karmic Koala). You can find out more about the development release at http://www.ubuntu.com/testing/ .
