I just did a fresh install of Kubntu 9.04 (downloaded latest alternate
install CD image)
With the card plugged in, the system will completely lock up before it
gets to the login screen. If I remove the card, all is fine.
I have noticed the same problem in Ubuntu/Xubuntu
