Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: firefox-3.0

I regularly drag links to a new tab. I can place the new dragged tab to
the right of all the tabs, but not in between two existing tabs.....at
least I can not do it intentionally.

I can accidentally drag the link to a new tab between other tabs.

I am not sure if there is a sweetspot that allows this new tab to
insert....if there is, this sensitivity needs to be awakened a little
more so I can do this intentionally.

Probably a bug, but more of a usability issue which should be rather
easy to replicate and fix.

In both Windows and Linux I have this issue
