Public bug reported:

1) Ubuntu Jaunty Jackalope 9.04

2) Package is not found in Synaptic.

3) I expect that program managing the wireless network connection (nm-
applet) is started on every startup and detects a working wireless
networking device.

4) The program sometimes does not start on startup despite being a
startup program. So one need to start it manually which sometimes does
not work as well. But the most important problem is that when nm-applet
starts it is often disabled and cannot be activated. It says "Network
connection disabled". The only possibility to get a working wireless
connection is to reboot and hope that nm-applet starts activated. So
sometimes I need to restart up to four times to get a working
connection.
