I added the "PYCENTRAL=include-links" option now, I'm pretty sure this
is a python-central problem.

Please run:
$ ls -l /usr/lib/python2.6/dist-packages/CommandNotFound/
and attach the output.

Please also check if "sudo dpkg-reconfigure command-not-found" fixes the
problem.
