Public bug reported: Binary package hint: evolution
When writing an address in "To:" field, using suggestions results in corrupted names/addresses. To reproduce: Let's say addr...@example.com is stored in the address book as John Doe. 1. Open Evolution, click "New" to start composing message. 2. Type first letters of the contact address (for example, "addr"). 3. When the suggestion box appears, press Enter. Expected results: "To:" field contains "John Doe <addr...@example.com>". Actual results: "To:" field contains "J, ohn Doe <addr...@example.com>". Also, this does not happen when: - You press down arrow and then Enter when suggestion box appears. - You clear the "To:" field and start again.
