Dear Bryce,

Thank You for the Bug Trace. I think I reset something stoppingthe  X crash  
problem:  I ran  a distro of "Minix", a live version minimum linux just for 
fun, then it somehow fixed it The only thing left to do is set the sleep 
functions properly.
 I will  closely examine the reports. Hope to be helpful where I can be You are 
a hero.

 My apologies for not responding sooner and hope I didn't intrude on on

We're closing this bug since it is has been over a month with no
response from the original reporter.  However, if the issue still exists
please feel free to reopen with the requested information.  Also, if you
could, please test against the latest development version of Ubuntu,
since this confirms the bug is one we may be able to pass upstream for
help.
