Confirmed here as well but I think it is important to report that this problem also occurs in OpenSUSE 11.0 so it ain't the OS
firefox 3.0.10 Click on bookmarks, click on a bookmark folder, attempt to drag a bookmark to another folder. Cursor shape changes then system locks up, with cursor in its new shape. Clicking on anything then doesn't work - even on items in the task bar. Total lock-out.
