I was able to access it after modifying a few files:
1) /usr/share/gosa/html/index.php
old:
require_once ("../include/php_setup.inc");
require_once ("functions.inc");
new:
require_once ("../include/functions.inc");
require_once ("../include/php_setup.inc");
2) /usr/share/gosa/include/php_setup.inc
old:
/* Do smarty setup */
require("/usr/share/php/smarty/lib/Smarty.class.php");
new:
/* Do smarty setup */
require("/usr/share/php/smarty/Smarty.class.php");
