Guys, you have 64bit systems, meaning Adobe doesn't officially support
flash for your systems yet. Follow the link that Phil provided, and be
sure to follow the 64bit instructions down near the bottom, not the
32bit instructions near the top.

You can also install the alpha 64bit plugin. IMHO it works better than
that workaround. Here's instructions for that:

Otherwise, http://www.cyberciti.biz/tips/install-flash-10-ubuntu-linux-
64bit.html is explicity for 64bit.

Marking the flashplugin-nonfree bug as Invalid, too.
