wierd, i do not get this error with python (2.6) but i get it if I use ipython. Checking the sys.path with ipython I am missing '/var/lib /python-support/python2.6/gtk-2.0' and all the /var/lib/python-support paths for that matter. Where as they are there if I use the standard python2.6 shell ?!?
2 Questions: 1. What is /var/lib/python-support is it something new? 2.
