Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:

The diff has been accepted and uploaded by Debian.

  * Merge from Debian unstable, remaining changes:
    - 101-reduce-verbosity.diff:  Reduce verbosity
  * Dropped changes:
    - Adjust initscripts version dependency; the Debian package now depends
      on a newer version anyway
