Well, the Icon is there by default. 
I've not enabled anything - it's just sitting in the new Control-Center.

If it should be disabled, that's the bug ;) I'm just saying it should
not be there if it's not working. That would be MS philosophy (like
promising an multimedia OS and not being able to play DVDs ... )
